From e-bike motor repairs and complete suspension rebuilds to full ski and snowboard service, we help you get the most out of every ride and every run. We specialize in repairs other shops can’t handle, serving riders directly and acting as a trusted technical resource for shops nationwide.

Our state of the art Reichmann tuning machines deliver World Cup caliber stone grinding and full CNC edge sharpening for exceptional base finishes and precise, long-lasting edges. We match our custom base structures to Mt. Baker’s unique snow conditions and finish every complete tune with infrared hot wax for fast glide and lasting performance.

Our binding services combine precision mounting with release testing on our ultra-accurate Reichmann digital binding tester. We check actual release performance and proper function to help ensure an accurately adjusted setup, with safety and precision guiding every adjustment.

We keep a full range of parts for modern Öhlins, FOX, RockShox, MRP, and Vorsprung suspension in stock, with 24-hour turnarounds on all suspension rebuilds and most motor rebuilds. We’re also a factory-authorized service center for Shimano, Bosch, Avinox, Brose, Öhlins, FOX, RockShox, MRP, and Vorsprung.

For winter, we stock a full range of ATK and LOOK bindings and parts, along with the CAST system and accessories. Our selection continues to grow, with more ski brands and new inventory arriving daily.

Ski and Snowboard Service

  • Ski and Snowboard repair

    Base & Edge Repairs

    Core shots, blown-out edges, and damaged bases—we’ll help get your gear back in action. We assess the damage and use base welds, base patches, and edge repairs as needed to restore your skis or snowboard.

    Base welds start at $20. Edge repairs start at $30.

    All repairs require a full tune, charged separately, to finish and flatten the repaired base, sharpen the edges, and get your gear ready for the snow.

    Infrared Hot Wax — $30

    World Cup tested and engineered for speed and durability. Our state of the art infrared waxing system delivers superior glide compared with traditional iron or hot box methods, bringing race-proven performance to your skis and snowboard. Enjoy fast, consistent glide and a long-lasting wax treatment that keeps you moving, run after run.

  • Ski and Snowboard tuning

    World Cup caliber tuning, tailored to Mt. Baker.

    We use state of the art Reichmann tuning equipment for precision stone grinding and full CNC edge sharpening, delivering exceptional base finishes and accurate, long-lasting edges. Our custom base structures are specifically matched to Mt. Baker’s unique snow conditions, giving your skis and snowboards faster glide and better performance where you ride.

    Our $90 complete tune includes stone grinding, CNC edge sharpening, and infrared hot waxing for deep wax penetration and lasting performance.

    Just need your edges sharpened? $30.
    Snowboards with bindings attached: add $20 to the complete tune.

  • Binding Mounts

    All mounts—including remounts—include a full binding inspection and safety check using our certified binding tester. We have a complete selection of binding jigs from every major manufacturer, including ATK, and bring unmatched expertise as the most experienced ski tech in the Pacific Northwest. Trusted by Olympians and the biggest names in freeride, we deliver precision mounting and service you can rely on.

  • Cast System

    We use an exclusive, custom factory-made jig for the CAST system—delivering the most accurate and best-performing CAST mounts available. Backed by Grant’s extensive industry experience, we have access to custom tools no other shop has.

  • Binding Freedom Inserts

    We offer Binding Freedom inserts, installed with dedicated screws designed for every type of binding. These inserts not only solve problems like pulled-out binding screws, but also create a mount that’s stronger than standard—and perfect for swapping bindings between skis.

    Grant has been using both Quiver Killers and Binding Freedom inserts since they were first introduced and has developed the most accurate and reliable installation methods in the industry. After years of testing both systems, we now exclusively use Binding Freedom for their superior quality.

  • Air Spring and Lowers

    Clean fork, flush and replace bath oil, clean and re-lube air spring. New Dust wipers. $80 plus parts.

  • Damper Rebuild

    Complete tear down and rebuild of the damper with all new seals. Fresh oil and a vacuum bleed. $125 plus parts.

  • Full Rebuild

    Full rebuild of the fork. Includes all new seals in the air spring, all new damper seals, fresh oil, vacuum bleed to reduce stiction and optimize feel. $150 plus parts.

  • Fork Burnishing

    Fork Burnishing optimizes the tolerances of the bushings inside the fork lowers, reducing friction and stiction to achieve peak performance. This is a service commonly used on the World Cup circuit, but all riders can benefit from it. $100
